Carly Eales
Carly has spent 25 years advising boards and leadership teams on the decisions that shape how they are seen.
She was Director of Reputation and Communications for McKinsey & Company in Australia and New Zealand, where she led the firm's corporate affairs function. Before that she was Executive Director of Communications and Marketing at J.P. Morgan, working across Australia and Asia. She began her career in communications consulting, including a decade in the United States.
Carly holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Communications and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Oxford University Said Business School Corporate Affairs Academy.
She is a dedicated advocate for improved patient outcomes and engages broadly across Australia's health system on the patient perspective. She advises the NSW Health Agency for Clinical Innovation and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and is a member of the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse Patient Advisory Council.
